Search Engine Optimization

We believe that if you have a service based business you need to take advantage of your surrounding locations. Because of this, we created sub-pages on their website with location specific optimized text. These pages will have a significantly higher chance of ranking than if we were to rank the root domain. It all comes down to the overall strategy you employ.

It is relatively easy to come up with 50 different location variations. We suggest you create a list of these locations and possible search terms. You want to create pages based off of these terms. Here are several (just a few) that we have done for Aspen Appraising:


You can see that there are a lot of similarities but they are different locations. We also hid them from navigation so people don’t navigate to them on their own. We only want these pages to rank.


Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

As people come to visit their website, we want to give them as much opportunity to “convert” as a lead. In this case we want them to request a free home appraisal.

To this end, we created a timed pop up on the website, with a 24 hour cookie so it doesn’t pop up over and over. It looks like this:

This form is also responsive (it works on mobile and desktop).

This is just 1 of many “tweaks” that we made to optimize the website to convert better!
